HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 0-1 business days after purchase. Transit time: 2-5 days

WHAT ABOUT THE RETURN PROCESS & TIME?

30 days return time of your items and email us at info@recism.com for return-related information.

DO YOU CHARGE RETURN FEES?

WHEN DO I GET A REFUND?

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING:

Tracking numbers can take 1-3 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier. -
